Airivo offers serviced office sites across London. With a growing portfolio of serviced office buildings to include West London, Shoreditch and Birmingham, it was time to update the company’s digital presence with a view to embracing a new considered digital strategy. This was to include a new and improved website, manageable online presence and to reflect the company’s new branding.

The Challenge

Growth has been fast for the Airivo brand. The market for hired office space has changed substantially since their inception – thanks to the acceptability of remote working, uncertain economic times, ‘pop up’ business culture and technological advances.

The original Airivo website had been sporadically updated over the years to reflect the new sites and services offered but it needed a fresh new look, to feel more streamlined for comparing the various office sites/facilities, and to reflect the current offering.

The brand and website needed to appeal to companies and business-owners who need flexible offices and to compete with trendy virtual office market in main UK cities

The Solution

To keep ahead of the serviced offices market, Alchemy gave the old Airivo brand a fresh overhaul with a rejuvenated logo, new corporate fonts, an eye-catchng colour scheme and more definitive brand positioning. This was coupled with new photography for the website designed to showcase their offering within each location. Access to clear and comparable information about each site’s individual offering was also key to a more successful user-journey.

The new site was built to be mobile friendly, using Joomla and specifically the page builder component which allows the client to build richer content pages and incorporate a wider range of interactive elements. With this in place, the client can now easily manage their own site content going forwards, adding to pages as and when necessary to keep them fresh and engaging.

We also created several custom views to make it easier for the client to manage.

The Result

• The site build means that specified administrators from each office can now easily manage the CRM system, update content, sync data and create links with ease.
• Within two months of it’s launch the new site is already attracting new interest and Airivo continues to grow from strength to strength.
• 39 companies are now signed up to use Airivo as a virtual office and the latest office to open has recently welcomed popular internet furniture ‘store’ Swoon, who have taken 100 desks at the Shoreditch site.
